Bournemouth, United Kingdom

The south coast seaside town of Bournemouth is the location for the 2017 Feast for the UK & Ireland. Overlooking the English Channel and known for its seven miles of beaches, Victorian architecture and pier, Bournemouth is a popular destination with tourists. We will be holding services in the Kings Hall at the Royal Bath Hotel & Spa which dates back to 1838. You can take a look at photographs of the area in the “Gallery” tab on this webpage.

The room pricing for B&B rates per night at the Royal Bath Hotel & Spa start at £60 for a Single Occupancy City Room and £70 for a Double Occupancy City Room. Prices are £80 for a Single Standard Room and £90 for a Double Standard Room.  Family & Sea View Rooms have supplements. Members staying at the hotel will have FREE use of the Spa facilities. All accommodation rates and details can be found in the “Accommodations” tab above. There is a wide variety of other hotel, B&B and self-catering accommodations in the town and surrounding area, so there is plenty to choose from. A link to the Bournemouth Tourist Information website is available from the "Accommodation" tab for your assistance. For Parking information within Bournemouth please see the "More Info" tab above.

The town provides a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops within easy walking distance of the hotel. Bournemouth is an outstanding location with a variety of fascinating activities in the town itself and the surrounding area.  Local attractions include Bournemouth Beaches with long stretches of pristine sand, the Bournemouth Oceanarium, Hengistbury Head, Russell Cotes Art Gallery & Museum, Poole Harbour, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, and Bournemouth Aviary.  There are 2,000 acres of glorious gardens in the area, some along the River Bourne as it flows through the town. Further afield there is the New Forest, Wimborne, Weymouth, the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, Corfe Castle, Salisbury, Stonehenge and Christchurch. Please come back to this webpage as details of specific organized Feast activities will be posted here, ready for activity registration later in the year.

Our UK & Irish members look forward to warmly welcoming you to Bournemouth.
